The best way to prevent unexpected and costly breakdowns is by doing routine, scheduled maintenance. This way you can choose when to bring your vehicle in and avoid the uncertainty of repair costs.
How do I know what my vehicle needs?
There are several ways to answer that question. Most of the scheduled maintenance is printed in the owner’s manual that resides in the glove box. It’s not very interesting reading, but there is a lot of useful information in there. Another option is to search the internet. The third way is to just give us a call. We’ll be happy to look up your records and check what is needed in the future.
But don’t I have to go back to the dealer to maintain my warranty?
No. The manufacturers can require that certain specifications are met when performing services such as changing oil or transmission fluid, but they cannot require a certain brand or location for service. Here, at Wornall Automotive we only use fluids that meet the OEM specifications.
